Combined events use fixed scoring tables so that a strong mark in one event is worth about the same as a strong mark in another. Each event has its own A, B and C constants. Points for each event are rounded down before they’re added together.
In Track Command, combined-events athletes get event blocks across every group, with practice marks, meet results and best combined scores kept in one history. See combined events coaching.
Each event uses the World Athletics combined events scoring formula. Track events score A × (B − T)^C, where T is the time in seconds. Field events score A × (M − B)^C, where M is the mark (jumps in centimeters, throws in meters). Each event’s points are rounded down, then added for the total.
Men’s decathlon, women’s heptathlon, men’s indoor heptathlon and women’s indoor pentathlon.
Use minutes and seconds, such as 4:32.50, or enter total seconds. Shorter races are entered in seconds, like 11.24.
Enter all jumps and throws in meters, like 6.85. The calculator converts jumps to centimeters for scoring automatically.

Plan event blocks, log practice marks and track scores across the season.
