Track Command
THROWS

A throws training log built around implements, attempts and marks.

Throws coaches don't think in miles or reps. Track Command lets you plan shot put, discus, hammer, javelin and weight throw sessions the way you actually coach them — by throw type, implement and attempt — and keeps every mark in the thrower's history.

Plan sessions by throw type

Start from event-specific progressions such as standing throws, South African, half turn, glide, spin, winds and turns, or short and full approaches for javelin. Assign the session to a training group or to individual throwers.

Log every attempt with the implement used

Record the implement weight, the attempt, the mark and an optional technical cue. Heavy, light and competition implements stay separate, so practice bests mean something.

Connect practice to competition

Meet results and competition PRs live next to practice marks. Event coaches see the throwers they're assigned; the head coach sees the whole program.

Common questions

Which throwing events are supported?

Shot put, discus, hammer, javelin and weight throw, each with its own drill and progression presets.

Can a throws coach only see the throwers they coach?

Yes. Head coaches assign assistant coaches by discipline and group, so a throws coach works inside the throws group.

Can I correct a mark after practice?

Yes. Saved practice entries stay on the workout and can be opened and corrected after the session ends.
