Account responsibility
Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and using Track Command only with teams, athletes, recruiting information, and other records they are authorized to manage or view.
Coaching and athlete safety
Track Command organizes training information and can calculate or summarize performance data. It does not replace a coach’s judgment, medical care, emergency services, or individualized decisions about health, readiness, injury, or safe training.
Recruiting information
Teams are responsible for obtaining any permission needed to enter or share athlete recruiting information, especially information about minors. Coaches control whether an athlete profile is marked approved and included in a recruiting packet.
Subscriptions and current launch access
Paid subscription infrastructure is being prepared, but checkout is currently disabled. Track Command is providing complimentary full-program access while billing remains paused. No payment method is required during this period. Pricing or billing terms shown in the product do not create a charge until paid checkout is deliberately enabled.
Refunds, upgrades and downgrades
Subscription payments are nonrefundable, including unused portions of monthly or annual terms, except when a refund is required by applicable law. An authorized team billing owner may voluntarily upgrade to an eligible higher-capacity subscription. Stripe calculates any applicable credit for unused prepaid subscription time and displays the additional charge before confirmation. An upgrade is not automatic merely because a roster grows.
Plan downgrades are not available as a standard subscription option. Teams facing exceptional circumstances may submit a request through support. Requests are considered individually at BP Labs LLC’s discretion, and submitting a request does not guarantee approval, a lower plan, a credit, or a refund. Teams may cancel renewal through their billing management options; cancellation prevents future renewals and normally preserves paid access through the end of the current term without a refund for unused time. Statutory rights and legally required refunds remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not use Track Command to access another program without permission, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, or distribute team or athlete information in a way you are not authorized to distribute it.
Service changes
Track Command is actively developed. Features, integrations, pricing, and plan limits may change as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the product or applicable terms before they broadly apply.
Contact
Questions about accounts, subscriptions, privacy, or these terms can be sent through Track Command support.
