PRIVACY

Privacy at Track Command

Track Command is team software. It stores the information coaches and athletes choose to use for training, competition, team administration, and recruiting.

Information stored

Team accounts may contain names, email addresses, roles, graduation year, training groups, workouts, practice attempts and splits, strength logs, competition results, PRs, availability, coach notes, RPE and wellness responses, recruiting-profile information, video links, messages, guardian links, device notification subscriptions, and account or subscription information.

How information is used

We use this information to provide Track Command features: organizing a program, assigning and completing training, tracking marks and results, managing staff permissions, preparing meets, showing progress, creating coach-controlled recruiting materials, sending account/service emails, and administering subscriptions.

Roles and team access

Access depends on team role and permissions. Head Coaches administer the program. Assistant Coaches can be limited by discipline and athlete assignment. Strength Coaches are limited to the strength workspace. Athlete accounts are intended to access their own training and performance information plus team information made available to them.

Public recruiting links

When an authorized coach enables an approved recruiting profile or team packet, anyone who receives its share link can access the selected information without signing in. It can include contact details, academic information, videos, and performance records. Recipients can copy or redistribute it. Disabling a link stops future access through that link; it cannot recall copies already shared. Re-enabling sharing creates a new link.

Recruiting profiles and minors

High-school teams may use recruiting profiles for athletes who are minors. Coaches should only enter and share recruiting information they are authorized to use. Track Command requires a coach-controlled sharing-approval step before an athlete is included in a recruiting packet. Profiles are not made public by default.

Account deletion and retention

A signed-in user can permanently delete their personal account from Settings → My account. Deletion removes the login, credentials, sessions, private wellness responses, recruiting profile, and personal free-text content associated with that user. Shared team records such as workouts, assignments, competition marks, PRs, meets, and other program history may remain so organization records are not broken; the member identity is archived as “Deleted account.” See the account deletion page for details.

Service providers and payments

Track Command uses service providers for hosting, authentication infrastructure, email delivery, and—when paid billing is enabled—Stripe for subscription payments. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly in Track Command. Limited billing, security, or legal records may be retained where required.

Who operates the service

Track Command is operated by BP Labs LLC in the United States. Contact accounts@bplabsllc.com for privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion assistance, or a complaint.

Hosting, service providers, and local storage

Floot hosts the application and its managed database. Service providers process information needed for hosting, email, device notifications, security, and support; Stripe handles payment-card information when billing is enabled. Information may be processed in the United States. The app uses necessary device storage for sign-in and preferences. Practice entries and unfinished practice drafts may also be stored on the device, associated with the account, so they can survive connection loss or a page reload. Pending entries are sent when the account reconnects and synchronization succeeds. Signing out does not silently discard unsynchronized entries. Confirmed account deletion clears that account’s saved practice data on the device used to delete it. A minimal local deletion marker prevents late writes from recreating that data; it contains no names, attempts, or session content. If device storage cannot be fully cleared, the app explains the remaining cleanup step. Use a device you trust and sign out on shared devices.

Usage analytics

Floot receives basic usage information such as page paths, referrer, browser information and language, and an approximate country derived from timezone. Its session identifier is held in memory rather than persisted on your device. We do not use athlete records for targeted advertising or sell them.

Schools and young users

The service is intended for users aged 13 or older. Do not create or invite accounts for children under 13. Schools and teams are responsible for ensuring they have authority to provide athlete information and for obtaining required notices, permissions, and school or guardian approvals. School use may require a separate data-processing or student-privacy agreement; using this app alone does not establish FERPA compliance.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Contact support from your account email, identify the request, and avoid sending passwords or sensitive athlete details. We may verify identity and coordinate with the school or team that controls shared program records. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Limited backup, billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may remain where necessary; a team archive is not the same as deletion.
